The Master's Thesis "Ferrocement Super-Insulated Shell House Design and Construction" is about Super-Insulated Ferrocement but the author, Jan Lugowski, includes a brief write-up of "Competing Building Systems" including Earthbag, Earthship, and wood frame. Lugoswki also briefly describes domes, Structural Insulated Panels, concrete cloth, and concrete printing, and more. I found the author's brief comparison's useful as I have not settled on a building method, be it natural or not. This paper is open-sourced.  Lugowski, Jan.
