Today I learned a new phrase: mindful photography.
Mindful photography is a practice of photography where the camera becomes an extension of your mind, you don't have to stop and think and worry and analyse - you let your subconscious take over for once, and let it do its thing.
Photography encourages mindfulness is by heightening our awareness of seeing. (
from The art of mindful photography)
Mindful photography sounds like a lot of fun. I'm going to try it.
