Seeking permacultarists for land in Fresno County, CA

Hi all,

I own a small plot of bare land outside of Coalinga, CA and am looking for partners in a self sufficiency/ permaculture project. I have experience with milk goats and am very interested in Allan Savory's planned grazing model for "greening the desert"

Here are the coordinates of the plot which can be put into Google maps

While the plot is small, I am fairly certain that the surrounding land is available for grazing. I live in Seattle and am visiting this fall to figure out those kind of logistics.

It's proximity to I-5 makes me optimistic about it becoming some kind of permaculture/natural building showcase/fruitstand or anything else we dream up. I am very open to others' inspiration.

I own 6 acres of farm land in Fresno county and I am looking for someone to partner with us also. Our land is undeveloped and we lack the experience needed to cultivate it into what we desire. and that is to supply food for our family and community. Perhaps we can help each other?
