Greetings
We have 5.79 acres of farmland in Fresno County.
We have not been successful selling it, so we decided to keep it and solicit help. If you are someone you know is an experienced, Farmer/Jack of all Trades and Master of them all(smiles) We have a two bedroom trailer home, it’s a fixer upper, but you can stay rent free. In exchange for your skills around the land.

You must pass aback ground check  and interview.

Willing to relocate?

Yes, you are who we have been looking for. I have a post “Let it Go” on Permies wher you can see more detail of the land. Please contact us.

Thank you
Tobina
It’s so hard to find help, my husband and I are in our senior years and 5.79 acres is too much for us to work the land.  So we decided to let it go to someone who can put this beautiful property to good use.

The property is located in Kingsburg ,Ca Fresno county. Fully fenced and has multiple power sources, consolidated water district and a well. The great thing about this property is that it has 2 entrances. You can parcel off a house and using 1 entrance for privacy and keep the other entrance and land for business/agriculture use. The soil classification is: Delhi Loamy sand, 0 to 3 percent slopes. Previous crops: Grassland Pasture, Almonds, Winter Wheat and livestock farming. The current home on the property, must rebuild. Kingsburg is located 5 miles southeast of Selma at an elevation of 302 feet, on the banks of the Kings River. The city is 21 miles from Fresno, and about 130 miles from the California Central Coast and Sierra Nevada mountain. The town is beautiful, quiet and friendly. Kingsburg is a great place to retire, and Farm for your Life!!

Hello Charles
I own 6 acres of farm land in Fresno county and I am looking for someone to partner with us also. Our land is undeveloped and we lack the experience needed to cultivate it into what we desire. and that is to supply food for our family and community. Perhaps we can help each other?

I have posted to this forum before with very minimum response. I am in need of someone who wants to come in to own a farm. My fiancé and I are in our senior years and we are not capable of developing  our farm, you will be part owner of a 6 acre farm in Fresno county, for 150,000.00 The soil is rich and ready to be developed. We just ask for a negotiable percentage to supplement our retirement and of course to feed us.  I have a crop that I believe will be very profitable and very easy to grow too. Women farmers I need you, let’s work together and make this small farm a future for our children and grandchildren.

Thank you for reaching out. Wishing you nothing but the best with your land.  I will post if I am awarded a solution.

I own six acres of land in Kingsburg California. I am looking for someone to partner with me.  We will be joint owners of the farm, you will be able to grow and raise farm animals.  I have a mortgage on the farm and in 3 months the farm will foreclose.  I am a senior citizen and I do not want to lose my land.  Any suggestions or if anyone would like to partner with me, please.

Farm located in the panorama heights of Kingsburg Ca, Fresno county.  Has existing poultry coops, approx 30x 400 each. Power on-site, electricity, water. Lot is fenced.
Also the land is zoned to build one home on property, I have a double wide trailer on the property now, someone can stay in there.

Anyway, just looking for options
Help if you can
