Yes, you are who we have been looking for. I have a post “Let it Go” on Permies wher you can see more detail of the land. Please contact us.

Thank you
Tobina
It’s so hard to find help, my husband and I are in our senior years and 5.79 acres is too much for us to work the land.  So we decided to let it go to someone who can put this beautiful property to good use.

The property is located in Kingsburg ,Ca Fresno county. Fully fenced and has multiple power sources, consolidated water district and a well. The great thing about this property is that it has 2 entrances. You can parcel off a house and using 1 entrance for privacy and keep the other entrance and land for business/agriculture use. The soil classification is: Delhi Loamy sand, 0 to 3 percent slopes. Previous crops: Grassland Pasture, Almonds, Winter Wheat and livestock farming. The current home on the property, must rebuild. Kingsburg is located 5 miles southeast of Selma at an elevation of 302 feet, on the banks of the Kings River. The city is 21 miles from Fresno, and about 130 miles from the California Central Coast and Sierra Nevada mountain. The town is beautiful, quiet and friendly. Kingsburg is a great place to retire, and Farm for your Life!!
