I own six acres of land in Kingsburg California. I am looking for someone to partner with me.  We will be joint owners of the farm, you will be able to grow and raise farm animals.  I have a mortgage on the farm and in 3 months the farm will foreclose.  I am a senior citizen and I do not want to lose my land.  Any suggestions or if anyone would like to partner with me, please.

Farm located in the panorama heights of Kingsburg Ca, Fresno county.  Has existing poultry coops, approx 30x 400 each. Power on-site, electricity, water. Lot is fenced.
Also the land is zoned to build one home on property, I have a double wide trailer on the property now, someone can stay in there.

Anyway, just looking for options
Help if you can

Tobina,

I pray that you find a partner that is right for your situation. Your property looks beautiful, and sounds like it could be a nearly turn key poultry farm. If I had the money, and wasn’t locked into my own land situation (and desperately seeking help also!), I would be glad to help you. Please know that if it is meant to be, you will find your answer..

You still have a short period, but if you could ask for a month extension before they foreclose. Go to your local USDA office and explain the issue. They can help possibly with a loan to pay your farm off. Really low if any Interest rates.  What you could do is go to the AG union bank in your area, explain your situation and tell them you would like apply for a loan thru the USDA. They may be able to steer you in the right direction one way or another.  May have to call the extension office to get the local USDA office #...  The loans they provide are specifically for and Maintaining rural renewal. Kicker---for low income. hope this helps in anyway.

Would July be to late to come

Why should I lose weight? They make bigger overalls. And they sure don't make overalls for tiny ads:
