Probiotics, Hot Hillbilly Kimchi

I know this is not traditional kimchi and its not real a recipe I have or went by, Its more like something I just threw together but it tastes real good but the main thing is the probiotics. It has been fermenting for 4 days and seems to have fermented really quickly because I used some Wildbrine probiotic live shots I think it was called, basically kimchi juice with lemongrass. I had been on a keto diet which worked great, I lost 30 lbs and feel much much better but I was using erythritol and it was killing my gut bacteria and every time I would lie down I got a really bloated feeling because my food wasn't digesting. The kimchi juice cleared me right up.
 I urge everyone to just jump in there and ferment, your gut will thank you for it.

I do much the same, but for heat I use fish peppers that I grow.
