Hi all,
I hope this post will be of use to someone out there...

I just heard about a documentary that is launching that seems like it's right up the Permies Forum alley.

It's called "The Need to Grow".

Starting today, (10/10/19) you can enjoy free online viewing of the documentary (for only 5 days). Oct 10 - 15, 2019.
Visit https://grow.foodrevolution.org/ to see the trailer and sign up to watch the full thing.

text lifted from the landing page:

Join in the global online premiere of Rosario Dawson’s award-winning documentary that many are calling the environmental film the world has been waiting for. With the planet on the brink of ecological disaster, and chronic disease rates skyrocketing, this is a story of real-world SOLUTIONS.

It will warm your heart, fill you with hope, and inspire you to take action.

Please watch the movie. The beginning is slow about 20 min in it is really incredible to see the thing they built  in Montana. Truly this is MINDBLOWING. I wish we could make millions of his biodigesters and get them everywhere.

I watched both trailer and movie, and liked them. They were thought-provoking and inspiring.

Hi Brian I am a bit slow just watched the need to grow .I am not sure if you are still on the site. I though this is bran new but after seeing the posts of 4 years ago well I hope me posting will bring this back up in to the conversation. This has inspired me to see about building a small biochar unit. and try to bake some wood scraps into a garden soil fortifier.

I've got no option but to sell you all for scientific experiments. Or a tiny ad:
