I guess the Queen of England gets it. The need to have non petro transportation. She was driven to opening of parliament today in horse drawn carriage.

I've seen those horses and the stable they live in. It's pretty lavish. Those horses have their own environmental footprint.

Her prodigal son Charles is the environmentalist in the family. All organic on his land and they built a town based on his design. Thousands of at-risk youth have learned how to restore old buildings through a charity which I think is called the Prince's Trust. Many of them now work for the National Trust, which controls many of England's historical sites.

I'm not a monarchist, but if you inherit that position, might as well do something useful.
