It looks promising.   There is a time-clock on the website that seems to indicate that it will make the blueprints and instructions available January 7th, 2020.  Plastic items are the main reason we have not accomplished Zero Waste.   Melting it down and remolding it into new, usable items makes sense.

Down-cycling used plastic into useful items has been an important feature of recycling strategies, but you need to check out this new industrial process that uses steam cracking to revert sorted plastic into molecules that can be reformed into plastic items of the same quality as the original virgin plastic item.
