Prairie Homestead cooking for the single man.
I have never been one to use cookbooks much, so consequently, all of my food seems to come out tasting the same. Also, I have limited cold storage space or dealing with leftovers. What suggestions would Jill's book have to help me enjoy cooking more? I especially worry about buying too much produce and then seeing it go to waste in the back of my fridge. Any ideas for how to make sure I use what I buy?
I don't have a garden set up yet. It's my first winter here, and I am still working on how to keep warm and how to improve my
solar power set-up.
