Failed login to Permies Affiliate program

Hi
I'll start by saying i really love what you do and I'm super excited about featuring your courses on my soon-to-launch website, ethicalgadgets.com.
I was trying to login to your affiliate pogram today and got this message:

An error has occurred.

most of the time people get this message it is because your browser has gone wonky and is trying to do silly things. Please try restarting your browser or trying a different browser to see if the problem persists. If you are still having problems, please contact us with what you were doing when the error occurred along with the date and time (Dec 16, 2019 8:01:58 AM).

I tried a different browser and restarted my computer but nothing worked. The thing is I really want to add more courses but I need to know how to link them properly.
Is there any way you can help?

Can you tell me what you clicked on to get to the point that you got that message?

sure, I first clicked on the footer link that says "affiliate program" (https://permies.com/forums/affiliate/list)
Then I entered my username and password
Then it asked me to provide my tax information (which I already did the last time I logged in)
And when I clicked submit, that's when the problem occurred.
