I just found this incredible site and wanted to join and introduce myself.  I'm Ysella, a middle aged lady trying to live as lightly on the land as I can.  My land is ever changing as I seek to restore it to a more native state. Or as nearly native as I am able.  I am an avid gardener of all plants indoor and out.  I can't wait to read all the fine posts here. So happy I came across this site.

Hi Ysella, and welcome to Permies.  How did you find the site and what interests you?

Hi Timothy, and thank you for the welcome.

I have heard of the Permies site before but never really went looking for it. Then the other day I was thinking about getting my garden ready for spring and I just decided to try to find it, and I'm happy I did.  Seems to be heavy on the homestead/garden information, which makes me happy.
