I started my compost pile this summer and it is not going well, but in the mean time I have been buying organic compost.  I was in my garden yesterday and noticed a half bag of compost sitting in a large pot that must not have holes in the bottom because it is full of water.  The compost bag isn't sealed, because it is also full of water.  Now what do I do.  The tea is not needed at this time because I am mostly growing pea's. Also is the compost still good, or has all the good thing leeched out.  Do I have to throw the mess into the compost pile, or should I put it into my garden anyway?  Thanks

I'd put that into the compost heap, if it was sitting under water it is anaerobic and that needs a little time to let oxygen correct the bacteria counts to your benefit.
