Day 1 -
Dr. Gundry talks about lectins and a partial list of his idea of essential nutrients including polyphenols for longevity to keep your blood vessels flexible, dha 1000mg., mk4 & 7, methylcobalamin, polyamins and pu erh tea for assisting the microbiome.

Dr. Jason Calton talked about micronutrient competition for absorption ie lutein and betacarotene and dha and epa and how they compete for receptor sites and how taking them at separate times is a good strategy. He spoke about antinutrients like oxalic acid, tannins and acids in spinach, beets and cruciferous and neutralizing them. And testing to fill in the gaps in what nutrients are missing.

Dr. Brian Haycock talked about his experiences behind the scenes in the creation, development and marketing of supplements. The sourcing of ingredients, and the limited number of ingredient suppliers. He offered a website that helps the average person decipher information about supplement. Examine.com.

Not a hard push, but some of these folks mention their supplement lines or services offered.

May this bee of benefit.
