Seeking Portuguese Architect for HyperAdobe Mesh Home Build

I am seeking an architect in Portugal who would have an interest in creating house plans for a HyperAdobe mesh construction of 160 square meters in the Alentejo, Portugal.

The plans will need to be submitted to the local camera for approval.
