Unable to access videos after purchase

Last week I purchased : "Natural Swimming Pool movie and eBook PLUS World Domination Gardening 3-DVD set - super combo!".  However, when I tried to view the videos, they were all blacked out citing privacy settings.  Can someone please look into this and remove the restriction.  On a side note, I would much rather prefer a digital download or DVD over streaming services since my internet access is metered.

Let's get to the bottom of this quickly.

First, I can say that many people are viewing both without issue.  I am able to see it now.   So we need to figure out what is different with your stuff.

What browser and o/s are you using?  

I am using Firefox on Windows 7, Mac OS 10.11 and Linux Mint 19.
I have to add, that I was not logged in at time of purchase, just responded to your email offer. Initially the link worked but after changing the password in my profile to something I can remember and use across platforms, "my stuff" initially was blank. A subsequent log in showed my stuff and I had access to previous purchases, except for the last one with the problem described in my post.

I have read your most recent post several times ....   it sounds like there was some stuff about logging in.  But maybe that's a different thing?

Let's focus on the WDG pond video.  Is it playing okay now?

Still the same.  Do you have access to the logs for that vimeo link?  I suspect they put a lock on due to the change in my password.
I will log off and log in on Linux to see if that makes a difference.

It is even worse on Linux, do not even see any transactions in my ledger.

Is it possible that when you are on linux, you are logged in to a different account?  Or not logged in?

When looking at the premium content, you do see four videos, right?

The first video is the natural swimming pool video, right?   Then there are some bonus images.   And then there are three videos ...  the WDG videos.  All three show me with other people outside.   I want to focus on the first video with me.  That is the first WDG video.

I was able to play it in firefox.

I can now see my transactions on Linux after 2nd login and granting site permissions in uMatrics.  However videos are still unavailable for that link showing:

"Sorry,Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here." That goes for all 4 videos.  I had no problem downloading the PDF.

I don't know what uMatrics is.

So you are now using firefox on mint and the video says something about security.

Is this a vanilla version of firefox or do you have a bunch of security plugins?

Linux mint comes with chromium - can you fire that up and try that?

About five times in the past, people were not able to play video because they had installed some sort of plugin into their browser that was designed to stop videos from playing.   Or some other security stuff that would add security but make a few things not work.  Like this.

Properly logged in under Linux. Link still unchanged, there has to be a lock for my IP that needs to be removed.
Alternately, I am prepared to pay the difference for physical DVDs.
uMatrics is a Firefox addon to disable javascript until explicitly granted for the URL or individual components ( a little user controlled safeguard).

Apparently, uMatrix spoofs the 'referer' header. Vimeo requires a correct referer header before it can load a video. You will need to either disable uMatrix or figure out a way to stop it from spoofing that header.

I can only set up an upgrade for the WDG 3-DVD set - but you should now see upgrade tabs just under the premium content.

Problem solved!   Way to go Devaka!

Success, I can see clearly now, the lock has gone.
Had to re-instal Chrome though and videos show up under Chrome. I will further investigate why I had problems with Firefox.
