I am using Firefox on Windows 7, Mac OS 10.11 and Linux Mint 19.
I have to add, that I was not logged in at time of purchase, just responded to your email offer. Initially the link worked but after changing the password in my profile to something I can remember and use across platforms, "my stuff" initially was blank. A subsequent log in showed my stuff and I had access to previous purchases, except for the last one with the problem described in my post.
