Definitely, you should have no problem. I bought presprouted garlic in a flat from my local nursery this year. It took them about a month or thereabouts to completely settle in, but they are very happy now. Transplanting didn't seem to phase them at all, though it probably slowed the growth temporarily, since the nursery potting soil is very different from my alkaline clay loam. Alliums tend to be vigorous once they adapt to the local soil.
I have shallots that sat and sulked for two years (did a little better the 2nd year) until I moved them by chance to a spot they liked. Since then, wow. I just divided the row a couple weeks ago. I got five rows out of it, and might have gotten six if I had been less cautious of breakage, which is generally deadly since my climate is dry, and tends towards downright hot, even this early in the year.
