I think comprehensive personal protection is good I tried to cover it well in my article... urban consideration beyond such as positive pressure or ventalators, I have not touched..

I would like this article to also present medications and supplements better than help lock out the system to incoming viruses.  So far I have>

❉ Scientists discovered that omeprazole family compounds block the “proton pump”, and hypothesized that they
could “interfere with the mechanism of fusion of the virus envelope and endosomal membrane, thereby hindering
the M2 proton pump mechanism of influenza viruses.” [x,x]

❉ These compounds should be more of a focus today as well as the malaria drug, chloroquine phosphate. [WSJ,LS]

Here is the full article COVID-19 Defense.

Thanks for any hel, feedback on article, arguments and improvements.... I allready want to thank the Permies group for tons of points and reading that brought out alot of what I have so far....

THANKS!

In general, I agree. However, herbalist Stephen Harrod Buhner mentions in his outstanding book, "Herbal Anti-virals", that powdered ginger is useless against viral disease. You need to use fresh ginger. It can be in tea or food, but it must be fresh ginger.

It seems to me like an immunity approach is missing and if some of the best immune defense boosters were employed, and certain robust diet requirements were met ... ... .  at least an educational quick sheet to show folks how to assist their immune systems in confronting such a virus.

Also where is the educational video like the airplane has to be the wait time for all this who knows what we are seeing 24.7 on the TV?

There a few holes here. I need to catch up on it again, my study group is on the buckly and grind through the fiteen days! I think it is important for us to use this time wisely.

We could equally spend it wrong shacked up up with the wrong souls.. stay tough, diligent, brave and in movement. Fear of flying is the saddest thing I ever see, and it is almost all I see now.

I myself am really focusing on my food supply, continuing to get the good stuff from permacultures, getting my push ups in since the gyms are closed, and making those calls I have been putting off to stay in touch with loved ones. It is an important opportunity even though held at a distance to come together in spirit.

This is a problem we should all focus on intently as we experience it, consider it in all that we do going forard and be prepare for it moving forward.

I have no time for play-around-people right now, get accurate, get true, get serious and get ahead. Coronovirus marks the least of whats against us as individuals - only the strong survive. The strongest succeed.

!! Senior Suavecito out of honor and appreciation for your compliment my next hard look will be at ginger. I will make sure to pass along this information in my notes.

I agree, Brandon, and I am surprised. I know that some of the most effective things that I have used for avoiding virus are the natural plant medicines that people have used for thousands of years. It seems absurd to ignore that in a pandemic.  On his deathbed, even Pasteur proclaimed that it is not the germ, it is all the terrain (of the body). Keep it healthy and it will naturally fight off disease, including covid 19.

Man, I am thankful for this thread at this point! I will include this all too... and THANKS!

So it is interesting also to see things like this essentially communal life put to the test - but is there permaculture near or are they able to connect with one?

On the Pastuer quote - like how is that so missing here? I am starting to feel suspicious of the timing and of the way this is being handled after the things that have been said. Russia seems to have a few stern comments about this being a planted virus and these protocols being of ill-natured interest.

Anyways back to brass biology, the shut down here in Panama is pretty significant, I think if anything is gonna cause any major events it will be people freaking out. I am leaning even more today towards these shutdowns being a mistake.

Walmart has had greater for years. How about we have a greater hand sprayer and few extra employees working non-stop sanitation. Maybe reduced hours and traffic in and out controls to cover it out.

Here businesses are baording up, welding iron and staging expensive security at the same time as closing business. Seems disastrous on fast forward. Is there point of no recoery here? Surely the question is where?

JS - I edited out the second link, ... that site is down.  I guess its better to leave that part alone....

The first link worked.  It does seem that we can do permaculture, but not in a group setting. I have a permaculture food forest, but it's just my family here.

I couldn't get the second one to open.

Watching  JRE new one today, I fell these guys end up with a fairly weighed out and grounded idea on things... "It is not good but it is not that bad." The real-world stuff needed to be said seems covered to a degree.

Try to remain as objective as possible

I am waiting for someone to say why not shit and shower you are stuck at home its much cleaner and it eliminates the expense.

Also, today lead me to review noni information in natural immunity-boosting, and there is a ton of product out there not selling out.....

Amazon seems like it is going to be a very dependable part of this crisis as for looking at positives..

Also can I get thoughts on this???

JS - that family and not group thing is wisdom talking. The second link on older reply removed...
