This may seem way out in left field but here goes:
Water color.
Years ago I used to
sell little packages of notecards and envelopes. Didn't make TONS of money but it kept some pocket change coming in. Mine were just black and white pen and ink drawings.
The cool thing is that once you do a drawing you have it for life. Just take it to the printer and have more notecards printed up.
If you have any talent the color will sell a bit better than black and white.
I just finished taking my first watercolor
class to learn how to use color. I'm planning for
retirement and want to supplement my income (again) with notecards. I will print up the same black and whites I was selling 30 years ago and add a few color notecards.
I packaged them 5
cards and 5 envelopes to a package.
I am hoping to collaborate with some
local farmers to let them pay the vendor fee on a table, I will sell thier products (leaving them free to be farmers) and my crafts can be sold at the same table.
Don't know if it will work or not but it is a plan.
