This is only good this week, and is likely aimed at people just starting the journey to a more self-sufficient lifestyle.

So far, my favorite is Jeannette Beranger workshop on chickens.  This is not your normal workshop either.  You will learn from this one.

What I liked about the chicken one is that she was up-front about people needing to plan in advance for how to deal with geriatric hens or noisy roosters. No you can't just "find homes" for the 10 roosters that came as cute chicks! But you need to determine if you can legally do what's needed to make yummy soup with them.
