I have two properties in need of occupants! One has a small mobile home and the other has a mobile that needs to be replaced (move in mobile or new construction eco house?)

Both are next to some highly fertile farmland - currently mostly hayfield - 90 acres total.

I can only visit the property every few months, and need some self-maintaining partners to live and work this land. I'm also open to small business ventures like a nursery or crops.

I'm open to dreams and ideas from anyone who wants to develop a working homestead..

Private mail me for more info, ideas, questions, etc.

We are new to this, but am I right to assume that if we or someone works this land, the land still belongs to you? Or would it belong to the homesteader?

Good question! I plan to keep most of the land, but I only need one of the 4 home sites on this property. I can sell homesites on 2-5 acre lots land however that works out best financially (direct sale, lease contract with buy options, etc..)
And I would also like to partner with some further use of the rest of the land..
