Hello all. I love winning stuff so I am going to participate and also ask a question!

I have a diamond hoe from Hoss Tools. I love it. However the head has already come loose making it unusable. I have been trying to reach them to replace under warranty but no one is responding.
Until I hear a response, we have any Hoss users in here? Has anyone used the Diamond Hoe before? Should I just super glue the shit out of it and see if that works?
Tell me your Hoe stories people!

Hi Jenny;  Keep trying to contact Hoss.
If you need to use your tool, then take good photo's of the damage. Use a good two part epoxy and make a repair. (No Super Glue!) Take good photo's of your repair.
If you do not hear back from Hoss , write them one last time show them the photo's again.
Then tell them if they do not care to respond, that you will happily post anywhere and everywhere how  lousy the workmanship is of the tools and the company backing of their product is nonexistent...
That might just get their attention.
Lets give them the benefit of the doubt and hope their response is on its way to you as we speak!
Maybe a new Diamond hoe is already on a Fedex plane flying your way!

Thanks Thomas. I haven't given it much time so I'll be patient. Thank you for the advice.

Jenny,

Do you still have the old diamond hoe?  If so, I would consider trying to use some liquid nails/construction adhesive to coat the inside of the hoe head, stick in the handle and wait about 24 hours.  It should be very firmly adhered and perfectly good.

Eric
