When our daughter was in high school we had a foreign exchange student from Brazil.

That was a fun year, having Erica living with us. We learned a lot about Brazil and about some Brazilian foods.

Brazilian Style Chocolate Pudding



Ingredients


   1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
   3 eggs
   3 tablespoons hot chocolate mix
   3 tablespoons shredded coconut





Blend sweetened condensed milk, eggs, hot chocolate mix, and shredded coconut together in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into a microwave-safe bowl; cook in the microwave on high until pudding starts to set, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool before serving.
