monthly promotions for staff and everybody

Gir bot has an algorithm.  A points system that he uses to calculate who to promote.  It isn't perfect, and it probably had bugs, and there are probably a few ways to improve and polish that system, and a lot of different people probably have ideas on how the points are set wrong.   But, just for giggles, I happened to see some of the points and I thought I would share them here.

I think it would be cool to add a lot of points for completing a scavenger hunt.
