Hi all;
As some of you may know Liz is allergic to any A-1 dairy products.
Years back we discovered A-2 A-2 Dairy and life got tasty again!
All Goat and Sheep dairy are A-2.
We now have A-2 A-2 cows milk becoming commonly available at big name super markets.

One of the things on Liz's long list of foods she could not have, was Ranch Dressing.
Buttermilk being a prime ingredient.
Another thing on her list was Papa Murphy garlic chicken pizza!   We loved it, but the ranch dressing made Liz sick.

I love to make homemade pizza.  I really wanted to make chicken garlic pizza.
We had a bag full of deboned smoked turkey in the freezer, all the other things needed to make pizza... except ranch dressing.

Liz went on line and low and behold here was a dairy free recipe!
It called for other milks rather than cow milk, but with A-2 we could use it.

Easy to make buttermilk .We did not have the white wine vinegar. But thin out white vinegar with a splash of water, add a pinch of sugar and you have white wine vinegar!
Our pizza came out delicious!  But just as much fun the next day was dipping ruffles in ranch dressing!   And its really really GOOD!

Enjoy
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 cup mayo
2 cloves garlic or more...
3 tablespoon minced green oinions
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (Italian) or not.
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Mix apple cider vinegar into milk.  let sit 5-10 min. to curdle
Add all other ingredients, stir or whisk.
Pour in jar store in fridge.
They say to use it within seven days.

Big Grins of approval on this!

That looks delicious!! I'm restricted from what, because it makes me sick, and sugars, because.?. Well. I'm trying to be a bit less round. That wipes out a lot of foods, so I feel her pain! I'm so glad you've found a way to regain some sense of normalcy. Hugs to Liz!
