I clicked on the 'Bookmark Topic' at the top and bottom of the page several times and then checked to see if it appeared in my Bookmark list. I just tried again on my Mobile Hotspot.

Ah, I see.
When you say "bookmark list" is it the "my bookmarks and watches" button at the top of the page or are you talking about your browser bookmarks?
