The link posted above the photo takes you to the real-estate listing with all the details. It is going for $689,999 -- a bit out of MY price range.

At that price, it is not a homestead...it is a posh boutique hobby farm...lets put it this way..the 182.7 acres around me went for half a million...and the farmer that leases it lets me cut my hay off the verges...<GRIN>

You cannot buy a 5 acre lot in Virginia Beach now with a nice house on it for $689,000. The cost of this nice house would be a lot more, amazing how the times change.
