So using a not sterile environment I made the LAB serum. I'm to the point where cheese has formed. I'll be pouring it off into a rain barrel (only container I have at the moment) that I'll be patching (leak). But there is the question of what to do with the cheese. I plan on using the bulk of the liquid for inoculating a large amount of leaves headed to
compost. I would guess neither the liquid, nor a bokashi
bucket will survive a freeze and it's certain;ly coming. Anyway, I could
feed it to the raccoons and opossums that run the property most nights but wonder if that will lead to any GI distress. Or, I could maybe run a bokashi bucket to pre-digest and then dump it into the compost bin, Any thoughts?
