I thought of this late in my visit to basecamp and didn't have a chance to discuss it with anyone.  My idea is to make use of the rocky hill to the west of the Fisher Price house to build a long row of bunk houses.  They'd be on the ground at the west end and on piers on the east side.  A long elevated walkway would travel along the east (front) of them.  There could be a willow feeder at the south end and a shower somewhere along the row as well.  The roof of the bunk rooms could cover the walkway so snow/rain wouldn't be a hindrance.  A staircase could climb up to it from the patio area.  I'm imagining it could have 6-10 little bunks or cabins.  Maybe some for 1-2 people and a few bigger ones for groups of 4.  The house would block it from view and it would allow for a lot more beds close to the action.  Here's a crude sketch looking at it from the South.
