I had the good fortune to spend a weekend at the Bullock's Permaculture Homestead on Orcas Island. Amazing place.

I have seen Fuki before but always thought it was called Fuku. I can look for seeds know that I know what the proper name is. Thanks.

Great pictures - thanks for sharing. I think I may have to steal the dishwashing station idea. I like that.
