I just thought someone in this crowd might be interested in this tiny home in Spring Branch, TX. It's situated to be completely off-grid with solar panels and rain water collection.

It's 160 sqft on .33 acres. It looks like a very lovely home! Since it comes with the solar panels it seems worth the price to me considering land prices in the area.
