Saved these seeds a long time ago this past summer but just finally getting to posting this BB.

I store my seeds in old jam jars and these little spice jars my husband found for me.

For the Christmas Lima Beans I just kept the best for seeds and we ate the others for... well... Christmas!
The squash I got from Permies last year, I can't seem to find the post... but someone was giving away landrace seeds of course :). I absolutely loved both the resiliency of the plant and the flavor, thanks! It was the first squash I have grown that didn't get annihilated by vine borers.
And then there's just some boring ol' melon and dill seeds.

For accuracy's sake, I just realized the picture I have is a spaghetti squash. So here's a new picture with the spaghetti squash seeds.

Here's today seed harvest. I store them in glass jars in a box under the bed in the north side of the house, one of the coolest place of my place. i plan to use my root cellar in the future for long time saving with scelled jars.

This is my third time trying to post this with the pictures. Fingers crossed it works this time!

These are some of the seeds I collected last week. I store them on a shelf stacked up in these little upcycled cups with the paper label inside. I only do this with seeds in going to be replanting or sharing within the year. Expensive/hard to acquire seeds I store in the fridge but space is a premium in there.

I don't need so many beet seeds but they are so fun to collect. I remember being so surprised by the seed shape the first time I saw one!

Lettuce is so sticky. I usually gather it in a paper bag and shake it to separate the seeds.
Chamomile smells so nice. I could smell it for hours after blowing away the chaff

Horehound is prickly and painful to collect. There's got o be a better way.
Horehound is prickly and painful to collect. There must be a better way to collect it but the seeds don't come out unless I squeeze the heads.

I got this tall by not having enough crisco in my diet as a kid. This ad looks like it had plenty of shortening:
