Hi All.

I am working on a plan to buy a 400 acre property along Back Creek, WV. It has 90 acres of prime hay fields, the remaining mature forest. The goal is to capital raise upwards of 2 million to purchase and implement intensive agro-forestry practices on the 90 acres.

One part of the backbone of the investment plan is to document the baseline ecological services value as the property is and then track those values as it gets planted up with tree and fodder crops.

My query here is of anyone has any resources or leads to how one might make a survey of ecological value and then track as it matures.

My thought is to strengthen the investment security by showing how the real-estate value increases and thus the share holders stake.

Thanks for any considerations in reply.
