Location: Currently located in central OK. Farmstead location is in northern VT.

So who here is having luck growing year round in zones 3-5? How are you going about it? Are you able to grow things aside from the standard winter fare (kale/spinach/arugula/etc.)? I am super interested to see peoples set ups. I have some ideas of my own but I'd love to see/hear what everyone is doing.
