I always enjoy Paul's podcast, and Jack Spirko's SUrvival podcast.  Matt Powers does a great one.  Mine is herb focused, but also gets into foraging and Permaculture (and will so much more as spring comes in): https://www.spreaker.com/show/southern-appalachian-herbs
