So last night we had a lot of rain and wind which has beaten up my
pea plants and torn some of them from their support. They were just coming into production with lots of flowers and many small pods.
I was planning to
sell my extra pea pods but now it looks like I may have some losses. At the very least there will be damages and some plants will die.
I was thinking of making packages of pea flowers and shoots to mix in with salad greens to sell quick but...
How long will they last once cut? AND what is the best way to store them? Cold and Humid is my guess but I'd like to hear from you all.
Thanks Everyone
