How to Germinate Seeds in InstantPot (video)

This is really trippy.  She uses her InstantPot on the yogurt setting to sprout her seeds.  I'm thinking for people like me who don't have a good inside seed sprouting setup, and have an InstantPot, it could be a way to kickstart spring:

I wonder what the electricity usage of the insta-pot is compared to a germination heat mat.

I would have liked to see the results of the insta-pot compared to a "control" group of just keeping the seeds to sprout elsewhere ie: a warm window or kitchen counter.
