Mother's Day Scavenger Hunt Ideas ...

This is my first post, so unsure what topic to put under!

My siblings and I are taking my Mom on a "scavenger hunt" on Mother's Day, which is really a bike ride where we make her do random sorts of fun things. Hehe. Was hoping for any ideas on things or mini projects to do along a bike ride?

So far we have:
find a swing set
visit some ducks
lay in the grass
surprise picnic (someone else will be there with it ready)
maybe something foraging related she can find? we are newbies.

also have a bunch of old toilet paper rolls I have been saving, so we were going to have her make snakes out of 'em, but any other ideas for crafts? She loves crafts and discovering random things.
