posting new events - software change

I modified the forum software a little.  When you post a new event, it populates the message with a bunch of stuff about events.

I had to modify the code for all new posts and new threads to get it to work.  It SHOULD only do this for new threads in the events forum.  If any of you see it pop up anywhere else, please tell me. 

Also, if I introduced any problems, please tell me.
