Fermented Rhubarb

Anybody tried lacto-fermented rhubarb?

I do a fermented rhubarb chutney based on this recipe (minus the pistachios), but would like to hear about other people's experience in that domain.

Btw, the chutney is delicious as flavouring for oatmeal!
