Does anyone have a good list of plants for a food forest in Northern Climates? I'm looking for the final, established food forest plants, not necessarily the leguminous and nurse plants. Thanks in advance for the help!

I've attached the current Tropical Food Forest card I'm working on so you can see what we plant down here.

Specifics help, I'm in a climate where I can grow a huge number of forest garden species.

Some that are high on the list are chestnut and hazelnut, apples, oak, cherry, mulberry, and of course many more tree crops and that's not even including the understory or meadow plants.

Have you got references/links for these 300-3000 year old food forests? Potentially interested from an academic point of view.
