I love your videos and information about preparing breakfast food and I have a question.
When I am soaking oatmeal, for example, you say I need to use filtered
water. I don't have a water filter. We had a water filter but it was that BPA plastic. DO I need one that hooks onto the faucet? Are there new ones that don't have toxic plastic? Can I buy filtered water? Does the filtered water allow the good microorganisms to do their work? I'm sorry, this may be a series of questions.
