33 year old female looking for a partner.

I never thought I would be writing this online but here I am, been single for too long and these days it's seems impossible to find someone decent.
I'm a 33 year old female, lived abroad for 10 years. I'm sick of the city lifestyle and of wasting my time with the wrong people. Also, sick of the fake social media lifes...
I kinda lost my hope but I would like to find my soulmate and marry him and live an "off grid" life.
I could live in Europe (I have an European passport), could also live in the UK as I have my settled status active or could pretty much settle anywhere in the world. Wouldn't mind the Alaskan dream... but too expensive there.

I don't mind tattoos, I'm 1.65 cm tall, 5'41 ft. I have a cat, also love dogs. So one of my dreams is to live a kind of off grid life with my cat and dogs... somewhere in the nature, hopefully with someone. I like cooking, hiking, exploring, going for walks, going with the bicycle, nature, hot chocolates...

How has the search been going? I've lived off grid or partially off grid in several states. I bought acerage in New Mexico about 2 years ago and have been trying to put things in place to quit my job that keeps me gone more than home. Can't get thing done when I'm gone but have to be gone to pay for building my farm. UGH!
I find it difficult to find people that want to live in this situation because I'm not vegan, I could care less who you voted for or your religion and I'm not 420 friendly. These things tend to eliminate 98% of the off grid population.
I am into holistics and treating one's own self.
