I live in Arizona and you can grow year round. We grow lettuce and greens in the winter and lots of tomato, cucumbers and melons in the spring summer. We have planted many fruit trees that do very well. That being said I have never seen such cheap land that you have a total clean slate to work with.  I bought some blank land that I'm going to grow grapevines on you can water haul or drill a well here. If your looking for blank land to put a tiny home and live off grid in a rv or just want a getaway location you should check out these lots. The views are amazing.

I hope this helps anyone that is looking.

Did you use this site to buy your land or do you know anyone who has? There are a lot of land deals, but many of them are sham scams.
Thanks!

I sell on it. There are a few good sights for land I found but you do need to use caution.  So far when I try to sell it's the people that flakes on me.. who knows why.

I have a friend who is specifically looking for inexpensive land in a warm(er than the PNW) climate where local building codes are nonexistent or permissive enough to do whatever self-built micro-housing they feel like. A well and/or some existing structures would be cool. Can offer trade for a property in Northern California, a few thousand cash, or payments of $150-200/mo.

I've sent them the link you shared, but it sounds like you're pretty tuned in to the local market. Any leads on properties that would be a good bet?

Absolutely, please have them call the phone number on mohavedeals.com. Ask for Chris, yes we are tuned in as we live in the area (and love it) and can help them out with any question they might have.  There are a few options available that would fit their needs, he can help them figure out exactly which would be best for them.
