It depends what you intend to do with the grain, but apparently for making bread with no flour, just the sprouted grain, the best thing to use is a hand mincer with the smallest hole plate it comes with fitted. It grinds the sprouted grain and produces dough! Or according to the
video in the other thread, some juicers will work, too. Food processors chop the grain into little bits rather than turn them into dough, and most blenders, even good ones like a Vitamix, need the grain to be too wet to be able to blend it, resulting in a sloppy dough.
