What can I use this for. Is it good for bread or pasta?

As far as I know, club wheat is always a soft wheat. So it's best for pancakes, cakes, etc. You can make bread with it, though. I made bread with a whole grain pastry flour one time and it was fine. Just don't expect super chewy bread with crunchy crust. I've also read that wheat tortillas were made with a soft wheat originally, so that might be something to try.
