Any of you folks down that way heard about this? I follow several of the youtube homesteaders down there and it sounds like the county is about to change the rules around their freedom to do alternative living systems. Please sign their petition .  HERE

I'm in Apache County, well actually have 40 acres there with a new water well with plans to develop. In conversations with several local contractors who grew up there and what im observing, the County area is being inundated with people from all over. Some with money to spare, others finding it hard to find a pot to piss in. On smaller plots 1 to 5 acres most think its a free for all and are creating public health issues with sewage. County Zoning tabled the code changes for now for more input but they have already hired several new inspectors to get them up to speed.
