I downloaded these ones and plan to build them this summer.  https://permies.com/t/solar-dehydrator

I would have built them last year but material costs have increased drastically due to natural disasters in our area (another reason why I need to build this so I can dry more of the harvest).  But materials are coming down now, so I think this will be a good year to build it.
