I'd like to sell seeds in the digital marketplace, but I don't want to get anyone in trouble for shipping them across international borders. Would it be possible to make international shipping optional?

Hmmm, I'm not sure if there's a way to eliminate International Shipping. BUT, you could just make the international shipping be ridiculously high at like $2,000 so the chance of someone buying it is extremely low.
